I'm Nathalie and my business experience goes back more than 20 years. Through my rich and diverse professional experiences, I learned to listen to my clients to establish a relationship of quality and trust, at the beginning of my career, I practiced the profession of housekeeper in a Prestige service in Clinic Private in Paris, then, I became commercial in dermo-cosmetic in different luxury brands. It was by chatting with my friends that I realized the difficulties they had of remotely managing their homes or apartments. That's when I came up with the idea of leaving the pharmaceutical industry and creating the Helping Hands concierge that I've been running for my own pleasure since 2014.
